Privacy policy
This website collects only what is needed to respond to your enquiries. No advertising trackers, no audience analytics and no selling of data.

Data collected
Only the information you enter in the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the project type and estimated budget, if provided;
- the content of your message;
- the date and time of submission.
Your language preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on your next visit. You can change it at any time using the EN / FR buttons.
No account or profile is created, and the website sets no cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to review and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Recipients and hosting
Messages are stored in a Cloud Firestore database provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as a data processor. The data is hosted in the region europe-west9 (Paris, France) and does not leave the European Union.
Jérémy Dumesny is the sole recipient of these messages. No data is transferred, rented or sold to third parties.
Retention period
Messages are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time, without waiting for this period to end.
Third-party resources
Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, and featured applications link to the App Store and Google Play Store. Accessing these resources shares your IP address with those services, under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise them, write to jeremydumesny.pro@gmail.com ; you will receive a response within one month.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — cnil.fr.
